1. Word Count

The tool counts each word, including spaces, line breaks, or tabs, and generally counts each text unit separated by one or more whitespaces as a word. How is it counted? An example will help you understand, for example: Hello world → 2 words, keep in mind that our tool ignores extra spaces.

2. Characters counter (With Space)

Our professional tool counts each letter, each space, each punctuation mark (.,!?) and line break (Enter) as characters with one space. For example: Hi there, here is H(1) i(2) space(3) t(4) h(5) e(6) r(7) e(8), counting each will give a total of = 8 characters.

3. Characters (Without Space)

Word counter only tracks visible characters and punctuation and excludes spaces, tabs, and newlines. For example: Hi there, the visible characters here are: H i t h e r e and the total number of characters without spaces = 7 characters. 

4. Sentence Count

When a sentence is created from Word, the tool counts the number of sentences using the end marks: . (full stop), ? (question mark), ! (exclamation) marks. For example: I am fine. How are you? Here are 2 sentences.

The good news is: the tool handles abbreviations (Dr., Mr.) separately in a very advanced way.

5. Paragraph Count

The tool basically counts two separate sections that are created after one or more line breaks (Enter) as paragraphs. For example:

This is the first paragraph 

I went to America on Friday and left for my home in Canada on Sunday after completing my business work there. This trip was a business trip. I want to travel to the UK, France, Mexico, Brazil, and all of Latin America in a few days.

This is the second paragraph

Here, every time you double Enter or new block, 1 paragraph is created. Paragraph = 2

It should be remembered that if a sentence is separated using enter, then it will be counted as a paragraph.

6. Reading Time

Our tool calculates Reading Time by counting the total number of words and the average reading speed. That is, Reading Time = Total Words ÷ Words Per Minute, let's give a real example, for example: If you input a text of 600 words in total, then the tool will show 200 words as one minute, for example: 600 words ÷ 200 = 3 minutes
